Summertime medicine is chill-out medicine time, and over summer, there are some amazing herbs to help us relax.In these really popular herb classes, we will be working with some gorgeous, relaxing herbs. This month, we will really be getting to know Lemon balm and Lime blossom.
These plant allies are great medicine for helping to manage stress, anxiety and improving our ability to relax. They also have so many more uses, too.
To get to know them better, we will be doing guided tastings of both herbs and learning about their uses.
I will also be demonstrating how to make a lush lemon balm lip balm.
The cost of these 2-hour classes is £20, and they need to be pre-booked via PayPal. it included a comprehensive handout. A bursary is available from Incredible Edible Prestwich and District if you are on a low income. No questions asked or forms to fill in. Just message me.
