Yin & Restore is a gentle restorative style of yin inviting longer holds (5-8 min) in supported shapes. Practiced in a gently warmed room to encourage release and relaxation. In this class, students are invited to take a mindful and exploratory approach to finding the depth of practice their body needs to open tight spaces, unwind the energy & relax the spirit.Hot stones are placed on your body (5-7 stones) during an extended savasana (20 min). An indulgent practice that will leave your mind and body feeling refreshed & serene.

‣ diffused with essential oils to enhance relaxation and encourage easy breath;
