This class offers a unique blend of Yin Yoga and Gong Sound Therapy, suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis. It invites you to unlearn and relearn the true essence of yoga, beyond modern-day “yoga gymnastics.”

Under Fiona’s gentle guidance, you will be invited to consciously process your thoughts and emotions while holding restorative poses for 3 to 8 minutes, allowing your body to safely release deep-seated tension and stress. The resonant vibrations of the gongs support this process, encouraging profound somatic healing and inner harmony.
