Join us Wednesday March 18th for Unfurl Yin + Acupuncture Spring Equinox Ritual, a 75-minute seasonal practice honouring the Spring Equinox and Pisces New Moon. This special evening invites you to transition gently from winter into spring through yin yoga, acupuncture, meditation, and deep rest in a calm and supportive space.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this offering supports the Wood element and the Liver and Gallbladder meridians—associated with movement, circulation of qi, vision, and growth. Through slow, accessible yin shapes focused on the hips, side body, and torso, we’ll encourage the smooth flow of energy and create space for renewal.
The second half of the evening will be devoted to fully supported rest, guided meditation, and yoga nidra. During this time, optional acupuncture points will be offered to regulate the nervous system, soften tension, and deepen your capacity to rest and receive.
Spring is the season of becoming—an intelligent, gradual unfurling. This practice offers space to soften, listen inward, and create the conditions for what is ready to grow. Unfurl into spring with intention, rest deeply, and practice in community.
No prior experience with yoga or acupuncture is required. All are welcome.
What to Bring: Comfortable clothing that allows access below the knees and elbows, layers to stay warm, and anything that helps you feel supported and at ease. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and enjoy the atmosphere. Space is limited to 30 participants, so reserving your spot is recommended.
