THE CIRCLE | going yina winter cyclical wellness circle steeped in the wisdom of winter, menstruation, and the new moon.
this circle explores winter as both a seasonal and menstrual landscape — a time of descent, rest, and deep listening.
together, we’ll reflect on the energetics of winter and the menstrual phase, including their correspondence with the kidney and bladder systems (adrenal and uterine energetics), how fear shows up within our menstrual phases, and our learned relationships to rest, depletion, and pain during bleeding.
we’ll also explore how celestial rhythms — the new moon, planetary influence, and archetypal patterning — shape our inner and outer winters, offering insight into how menstruation mirrors larger cosmological cycles.
this is an invitation to nourish ourselves deeply during times of low tide, honouring menstruation as a site of wisdom rather than something to push through or override.
each gathering includes a seasonal tea blend rooted in astro- and mythopoetic herbalism, new moon intention setting, shared reflection, and a take-home printout offering seasonal and cyclical insights to support integration.
a circle has no apex. this is a non-hierarchical, relational circle for those seeking alternative ways of relating to their cycles, bodies, and inner seasons.
open to all bodies, whether you bleed or not.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR |
this circle is held by **mackenzie** (she/her), founder of **mēnē cyclical wellness**.
mackenzie’s work weaves together psychology and counselling foundations, trauma-informed care, menstrual and cyclical wellness, nervous system regulation, intuitive practice, and mythopoetic approaches to seasonal and bodily rhythms.
her practice centers the menstrual cycle as a meaningful and intelligent teacher, supporting people in cultivating deeper relationships with their bodies, cycles, and inner landscapes through care, curiosity, and embodied reflection.
“there is more wisdom in your body than in your deepest philosophy.”
