How to recognize, understand, and deal with "mommy brain"
About this Event

Yes, Mommy brain is real!

Many people talk about “pregnancy brain,” but what happens afterward? Are mothers able to return to their pre-pregnancy levels of concentration and cognitive flexibility? The reality is that postnatal depletion – a condition affecting mothers from birth until their child is around seven years old, or possibly longer – often goes unrecognized and undiscussed.

Despite becoming a mother, women don’t always receive the acknowledgment they deserve for the ongoing hormonal, physical, and emotional challenges they face. Postnatal depletion shares many symptoms and biochemical markers with depression, leading to feelings of guilt, constant juggling of tasks, and persistent exhaustion.

This event will explore the impact of postnatal depletion, differentiate it from postpartum depression, and provide strategies for support. Through the interactive activities, you would be able to recognize and understand the signs and how to deal with them.

As a bonus for attending this workshop, you’d get weekly note support for the following 10 weeks. Join us to get all the awareness and support you need.
