We’re kicking off our first Community Sweat Session of the year with something a little different—and a little spicy—in the best way.
Join us at House of Lagree for a guided session that will introduce you to one of the most effective (and humbling) workouts out there.
If you’re not familiar with Lagree, here’s what to expect:
Through slow, controlled movements and constant muscle tension, Lagree delivers deep muscle activation for sculpting, toning, and long-term strength—all while being gentle on the joints. It’s often compared to Pilates, but with a more challenging, results-driven edge.
In other words… you’ll feel muscles you didn’t even know you had.
This session is all about trying something new in a welcoming, supportive environment alongside the YEG Thrive community. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness regular or just looking to mix things up, you’ll be taken care of.
We’ll also have a few surprises for each guest from some of our product sponsors—because showing up should come with a little reward.
