Step aboard a beautiful 100-foot yacht in Marina del Rey for a truly unique wellness experience with Yacht Pilates. This intimate, ocean-inspired event begins with a Pilates session on the deck, surrounded by fresh sea air, open water views, and the calming motion of the boat. The class focuses on core strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and mindful movement while enjoying the peaceful setting of the marina.
Following the Pilates session, guests will relax into a guided meditation and sound bath, allowing the mind and body to fully unwind while floating peacefully on the water. After the wellness portion of the experience, guests will enjoy a light brunch and wine tasting aboard the yacht while connecting with a wonderful group of people in a relaxed, positive, and intimate setting filled with good vibes and beautiful scenery.
The Pilates session is led by expert instructor Renay, who has a background in classical ballet, beginning her training at just five years old. She has been a leader in the Los Angeles fitness industry since 2010 as both a studio owner and instructor in Pilates, barre, sculpt, and trampoline fitness. She currently teaches group reformer classes at Mighty Pilates and provides private in-home sessions to celebrities, fitness models, and even an Olympic gold medalist. Renay is passionate about movement, health, wellness, longevity, and aging well, and loves helping others feel strong, confident, and energized through movement.
