About this Event
This Mother’s Day weekend, join us for a restorative Qigong practice designed to support yin energy - the aspect of the body that allows us to slow down, soften, and receive.
Through gentle, intentional movement and breath, we’ll release tension, regulate the nervous system, and bring awareness back into the body. This practice supports a shift out of constant output and into a more grounded, nourished state.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, more connected, and better resourced, with simple tools you can return to in your daily life.
No prior experience needed. Come as you are!
Please bring water and a yoga mat.
When you arrive at Thrive - walk up the stairs that are along the outside of the building and enter via the second floor. Walk through the hallway and meet us outside on the patio.
