The 12th Latin American Guitar Festival Chicago is here! In 2025, we are honored to welcome two outstanding maestros from Mexico: Arody García and Bernardino Rodríguez, internationally acclaimed guitarists presenting a program dedicated to the richness of Latin American classical music.
The festival will take place at the National Museum of Mexican Art in Pilsen, a unique setting to enjoy a weekend filled with art and tradition.

Originally from Durango, Arody García is recognized as one of the most outstanding guitarists of his generation. Trained in Mexico and with postgraduate studies in Italy, he has worked with masters such as Giampaolo Bandini, Zoran Dukic, Pavel Steidl, and Lorenzo Micheli. He has won more than 30 first prizes in national and international competitions, including the International Fernando Sor Guitar Competition and the International Guitar Competition “Homage to Niccoló Paganini.” He currently combines an active career as a soloist and chamber musician in festivals across Mexico and Europe with his teaching at the Autonomous University of Coahuila.
