Join the WWII Foundation on Thursday, April 2nd from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, as we host author, Marie Silva Vallejo to discuss her book Dauntless at the International Museum of World War II in South Kingstown, RI. The book covers the history of the 1st and 2nd Filipino Infantry Regiments during their fight in the Philippines. In its pages, Vallejo delves into the secret missions these soldiers took part in and the stories of rarely discussed units in a critically important part of the Pacific Theater in the Second World War. This is sure to be an exciting evening as we learn about the impact Filipino-Americans had serving their nation in the land of their heritage.
