About this Event
*Exclusive access to Lim Chu Kang Nature Park!
Ever wanted to experience a day in the life of a young field biologist? Try your hand at collecting ecological data with WWF-Singapore's field experts! This citizen science programme will provide youth with the chance to observe, document, and protect the rich biodiversity found in the newly-opened nature park. Learn how to identify animals such as birds and dragonflies, as well as the various field techniques used by scientists. The collected data will be invaluable in contributing to the conservation of Singapore’s precious ecosystems. No experience is required - all we need is your enthusiasm and curiosity!
Whether you're interested in biodiversity monitoring or simply love nature, this walk offers a welcoming space to immerse in the life of a field biologist. You’ll also learn about our youth programmes and how you can get involved in making an impact!
Participants are invited to deepen their experience by registering for the adjoining “WWF Beyond The Binos!" panel happening on 13th June as well to gain insights into a day in the life of our WWF Field experts.
