About this Event
Join Generation Women DC for a special fundraising evening in support of the Alan Cheuse International Writers Center. This November, we explore how stories connect us across cultures and continents. Each of our multigenerational speakers will share a personal tale of how travel, literature, or global voices have shaped their lives, perspectives, and imaginations.
Expect an evening of heartfelt storytelling, laughter, and inspiration as we celebrate the power of words to bridge borders and bring the world a little closer together.
About the Cheuse Center
The Cheuse Center is a global community of writers, translators, and readers. It sends emerging writers abroad, brings established and new voices to America, and curates public programs within the DMV to deepen global civic engagement. It is a home for international writers and for American writers alike who face out into the world. By enriching public life through reading, writing, and translation, we can actively pursue a just society. Make a charitable donation to support their work .
