Writing for the love of it – a journal, a view, a sideways walking, portals and frames, a quadrant as a mountain climb. Exploring writing as dancers, we venture into the cave of dreaming and out into the open fields. We then launch our minds in the sky.
Process:
Morning Session 10:30am-12:30pm
Warm up the body. Chi Cultivation. Scramble Technique.
We will use space and geometry as a research platform, developing awareness between choice and intuition.
Afternoon Session 1:00-3:00pm
Application.
The afternoon will be spent writing and watching each other dance. We will use a director performer process, exchanging roles and sharing feedback.
Tools needed:
Pen, pencil, paper
