About this Event

Hannah Pryce and her colleagues will use their considerable knowledge of employment legislation and case law to show how organisations can create contractual and non-contractual documents which set out employee rights and responsibilities.

They will explain how carefully written policies, can provide the necessary contractual and non-contractual terms and conditions while ensuring that equality, diversity, inclusion (EDI) and GDPR are embedded in the processes.

Case law will be examined which demonstrates how the words about terms and conditions should be amended to improve EDI and GDPR. They will remind us which terms and conditions can be changed without negotiation.

This will be an interactive session, discussing practical examples as well as sharing good ideas for positive improvements for people professionals at work.
