Come join us for a festive afternoon of creativity and relaxation at our Holiday Wreath-Making Workshop! -No cost and materials will be provided-
Join us for a cozy and creative afternoon of wreath making at our counselling practice! This is a relaxed open house- a chance to connect, create, and enjoy the season alongside our team and community. We are offering this event as a collaborative practice to bring something meaningful and accessible to our community- a gathering focused on connection and conversation.
Along with creating your own beautiful wreath, there will also be an opportunity to book an in-person consultation with the therapists you connect with.
Our intention is to reduce some of the barriers that can make it hard to reach out for counseling- offering a simple way to get to know our space and team.
This event is not therapy or group therapy, and there will be no therapeutic content. It also does not replace a consult call. However, for those who find consult calls intimidating or feel it can be hard to get a sense of a therapist, this is a welcoming, low- pressure opportunity to meet several of our therapists at once.

This is a casual community gathering, not a confidential or clinical space. Attending does not make you a client; it is simply an open house event. There is absolutely no obligation to seek therapy, just an open offer if you are curious.
