Join us for a congenial Christmas canter in the captivating Seymour trails followed by consumption of copious cookies! We’ll start at a local park and finish at my house for homemade Christmas cookies (baked by my amazing husband), some healthier snacks, and hot drinks. Three mapped routes are provided (9.5k, 12k and 20k) and I’ll introduce you to some of my favourite, very runnable, trails in the area. The 12k route is recommended for runners as a minimum to earn your cookies! There are easy shortcuts if you want shorter (or long cuts for longer) distances.
The 9.5K is intended as a walkers route and goes through some more urban trails on the return.
2025 update: The routes have been modified to return to Myrtle Park and your car, so less street running on the return. Either walk or pick up your car and drive 1km to my place for the cookies.
Cookie Address to be provided at the start. Message me if you won't be at the Myrtle Park start on time.
A 3.5 or 4.5k geocaching option is provided for kids or adults who prefer a shorter hike. Message me for the link.

Distances: 9.5k (hike), 12km, 20km, or roll-your-own any distance is fine
Location: Myrtle Park, Deep Cove (by the GRAVEL ball diamond close to the washrooms and playground - in the dugout (under shelter) if it's raining).
