Worthy Women’s Drunch is a soulful yet uplifting in-person experience where vision meets action, creativity meets clarity, and women come together to pour into themselves — without guilt.

This immersive experience blends breathwork, manifestation mindset, creativity, and connection, all while enjoying good food, drinks, and a supportive atmosphere.

Begin your journey inward with a gentle yet powerful guided breathwork session led by Kes Sims, founder of Worthy Women’s World and certified breathwork facilitator.

This session is designed to:

• Calm the nervous system
• Release mental and emotional blocks
• Create space for clarity, intention and openness

Breathwork sets the foundation for manifestation by helping you align your mind, body and breath before you create.

Enjoy a relaxed Drunch experience (Drinks + Lunch) with:

• Chicken, fish and vegetarian options
• 2 x drinks tokens per guest
  (Orange juice, apple juice, rum punch, prosecco or white wine)

You’ll then move into a hands-on vision board experience hosted by Decland, entrepreneur and owner of MBD Organics.

Through cutting, sticking, drawing and designing, you’ll visually map out your desires, goals and intentions in a way that feels personal, inspiring and empowering.

You’ll leave with a physical vision board to take home — a daily reminder of the life you are consciously creating.

Kes will also guide an empowering mindset talk on manifestation, helping you understand:

• How to turn vision into aligned action
