Worship Workouts is a space where fitness meets faith. You will get spiritually fed while getting physically fit.
Have you ever felt like you were compromising your faith when you workout due to your sensitivity to music or atmosphere? Everywhere you turn there is a fitness studio, but how can you be sure that it aligns with your spiritual convictions? Plus where is the community that loves Jesus and health?
That’s why Worship Workouts was created…for spirit-filled believers to workout to worship music. So they don’t compromise their relationship with Christ to move their body.
This isn’t yoga, but has the benefits of stretching and mobility. This isn't church, but we will worship like it is. Some could call it a Christian Workout, but it goes beyond religious labels. If our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, then working out inherently is worship. This is an intentional space to practice that truth while worshiping the ONE, TRUE, LIVING GOD, Jesus Christ.
The framework is a 60 minute guided full body movement class that includes body weight exercises, cardio bursts, mobility, stretching, stillness and prayer.
Who is Haley Robertson?
Haley is a local artist, fitness instructor and entrepreneur. She is passionate about stewarding the body, soul and spirit to live in alignment with our true identity. As a former yoga instructor and sound healing practitioner, she is aware of the spiritual implications of certain “wellness” practices. She is committed to creating a space that is rooted in Jesus Christ and a movement class that supports your whole being.

Where: Berkley Riverfront right by the Urban Boulder and Volleyball courts (type in volleyball courts into maps and you should be able to find.
When: 9:30-10:30 is class time. Please arrive early and feel free to stay for fellowship after.
Parking: near the volleyball courts.
How to find it: Type in Berkley Riverfront Volleyball Courts, find the urban boulder (huge rock) we will be located right by the boulder.
What to wear: Workout clothes and tennis shoes (your choice to wear them or not)
What to bring: water bottle and workout mat or blanket.
