Worship + Workout

Join us in person for a unique blend of faith and fitness.
Join us for an evening of movement, faith, and community at our Collab event: Workout & Weights.

We’ll begin with live worship to center our hearts with gratitude. From there, we’ll move into a strength-based workout class designed for all fitness levels, focused on building confidence and celebrating what our bodies are capable of.

After the workout, we’ll have a short conversation about caring for our bodies in a God-honoring way — shifting the focus from appearance to stewardship, strength, and loving the bodies God has blessed us with.

We’ll finish the morning with fellowship time to connect with other women, build community, and enjoy coffee or smoothies available for purchase.

This event is free, but space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot.
