Join us for an uplifting wellness experience designed to strengthen you spiritually, mentally, and physically in a welcoming Christ-centered atmosphere. Worship & Workout is more than a fitness class — it’s a space for women to move their bodies, connect in community, worship freely, and leave feeling refreshed and encouraged.

Whether you are beginning your wellness journey or simply looking for a positive and faith-filled environment, this experience is for you. All fitness levels are welcome.

Our vision is to create a safe space where women can grow in confidence, wellness, faith, and community together. Future sessions will also include family-friendly events and childcare support for mothers.

Info: Close in Prayer, photos and time to connect with one another. Fellowship with the community and share the gospel as you go. Stay for a special treat.
