Japan: 20ml Yamazaki 12 year old
Entrée: | Confit free range pork belly, kimchi emulsion, crackle
America: 20ml High West Double Rye Whiskey
Main Course: | Margaret River Wagyu striploin MS9, charred vegetables, perigord sauce
Scotland: 30ml The Glenlivet Torrain Single Cask 18 Year old
Dessert: | Pistachio cheese cake, pear compote
Cocktail: Starward Cherry Manhattan - Starward Nova Australian Wine Cask Single Malt Whisky, sweet vermouth, cherry heering, bitters, Absinthe
