Wherever you are on your menopause journey, we invite you to join us in a restorative session to celebrate the feminine. Caroline and Ali will be weaving their shared experiences to create a unique gathering that blends a Cacao Ceremony, Restorative Yoga, and Sound Bowl Immersion.

✨ Cacao Ceremony
For centuries, cacao ceremonies have been practiced as heart-opening rituals. The gentle medicine of cacao supports emotional balance and self-love. We’ll set intentions to guide you forward and give you support to carry them into the world.
✨ Restorative Yoga
Ali’s gentle, floor-based practice that uses props to hold and support the body. By slowing down and resting deeply in each posture, you’ll soften tension, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with your body in a tender, loving way.
✨ Sound Bowl Healing
Caroline’s sound bowls will guide you into a deeply immersive state, where vibration and sound invite the body to release, rebalance, and restore harmony.
