Join IPSC as we host a labyrinth walk at the Cancer Survivor's Garden at Maxcy Gregg Park in downtown Columbia, SC for WORLD LABYRINTH DAY.The walk starts at 1pm in Australia, and moves in a wave of peace across the world as everyone walks at 1pm in their time zone.
"Walk as one at 1 for peace!"
We meet at 12:30pm to talk about the history of the labyrinth, and give tips on meditatively walking the labyrinth. Gin Fenn will be leading this discussion.
Be sure to come early, park near the pool, and walk across the park towards the statues where the Cancer Survivor's Garden is located.
If you cannot walk the labyrinth, we will have finger labyrinths available for you. You may wish to bring a camp chair or blanket to sit on.
World Labyrinth Day is a worldwide movement. We are excited to be joining them in this movement here in South Carolina.
Not in Columbia, but want to participate? Check the discussion on how you can host your own walk.
