Discovering Opportunities in Saudi ArabiaWhat started as a plan to attend the CoreNet Global Middle East Chapter event in Riyadh turned into an incredible learning experience at the World Investment Conference (25th-27th November) at Fairmont Riyadh. It’s amazing how things sometimes align unexpectedly!
I had the chance to dive deep into Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plans, connect with inspiring professionals, and gain insights into the government’s ambitious approach to investments and development. With opportunities spanning various sectors, Saudi Arabia is becoming a hub for growth:
#1: The government is willing to co-invest up to 70-80% in innovative business plans.
#2: New visa categories are being introduced to attract global talent and investors.
#3: Initiatives like "Invest India Invest Saudi" are actively fostering collaborations, as I witnessed during an impressive session featuring Indian and Saudi businesses and government officials.
This visit has strengthened my belief in the immense potential Saudi Arabia offers.
I’m looking forward to exploring these opportunities further, visiting Riyadh more often, and even setting up Banke's branch office in the Kingdom.
