This workshop will examine the health workforce crisis facing many health systems. The crisis comprises common issues of recruitment and retention but also wider themes of motivation, reward and recognition. Through case-studies based on the English National Health Service (NHS), the workshop will explore practical issues and potential solutions of this crisis.
