This interactive workshop focuses on the implementation of digital applications in healthcare, with particular attention to strategic and organizational challenges rather than technology alone. Aimed at MSc students and healthcare professionals, the workshop engages participants in hands-on group work using the Balanced Scorecard and the Business Model Canvas. Through concrete case studies, participants analyse how digital health initiatives create value, align with organizational strategy, and achieve financial and operational sustainability, while reflecting on real-world implementation barriers and trade-offs.
