We invite you once again to the Edible Plant Theory Workshop? We will also be open for pick-your-own vegetables in the garden from 11-16. The garden is abundant and you can harvest delicious, organic vegetables to take home.
For children and young souls, you can make pancake over the bonfire or they can go explore the garden on our plant safari ☀️?
For the Edible Plant Theory Workshop you are invited to a long table with gardener Livia Urban Swart Haaland, who is co-founder of ØsterGro, FællesGro and Øens Have.
In this sensory workshop, we will taste and toast our way through plant lore to learn about the anatomy of plants and their interaction with the surrounding nature. Once you start seeing plants as small systems of root, stem, leaf, flower, seed and fruit, you open your eyes to all the nuances and possibilities that edible plants offer???
The workshop costs DKK 225 for 2 hours including a cold drink or tea. Note that the workshop is in English, but there will of course be a translation for some of the new plant words that you will learn on the day in Danish?
