Nos centrarermos principalmente en la relación del bailarín con el suelo y el aire. La clase utiliza patrones de movimiento simples que involucran la respiración, la velocidad y la liberación de energía en todo el cuerpo con el fin de activar la relación entre el centro y las articulaciones, que entran y salen de la tierra de manera más eficiente.
- NIVEL INTERMEDIO / AVANZADO en diferentes disciplinas. INICIACIÓN también, si vienen con motivación!
- Las plazas son limitadas a 25 y serán aceptadas por orden de inscripción.
- Días y horarios:
=>6 y 7 de Noviembre 2021, de 10:00 a 14:00 (8 horas de clase)
Total 8 horas de clase. Es posible asistir días sueltos.

inPRACTICAL [identificacion del otro] - LOS INNATO / MARKO FONSECA
Este taller se centra principalmente en la relación del bailarín con el suelo y el aire. La clase utiliza patrones de movimiento simples que involucran la respiración, la velocidad y la liberación de energía en todo el cuerpo con el fin de activar la relación entre el centro y las articulaciones, que entran y salen de la tierra de manera más eficiente. El enfoque es desarrollar un movimiento en diferentes niveles - arriba y abajo, distintos apoyos y buscar el equilibrio de diferentes partes del cuerpo.
Empezamos por medio de juegos que despiertan el cuerpo y la mente, se les insta a conectar con el medio ambiente: el aire, el suelo, y la energía de otros, formando así una interconexión.
Más tarde nos centramos en ejercicios cortos de movimiento donde llevaremos el cuerpo a: dibujar espirales, trabajos de control de peso, desplazamiento por el espacio, velocidad, precisión y motores de movimiento que nos conectan a las frases finales.
Tambien identificaremos el trabajo en pareja y aspectos de relación tales como: la confianza, el peso, el instinto, la conciencia, líderes y seguidores. El flujo en la comunicación física depende de la conciencia de un equilibrio compartido. Vamos a trabajar con situaciones predefinidas, que se basarán en la confianza de los demás. Entonces podemos asumir más riesgos jugar con potencia y velocidad. Los participantes están invitados a traer sus propias ideas, explorarse y redescubrir sus propias cualidades.

Los Innato – Marko Fonseca
El proyecto Los INnato está dirigido por Marko Fonseca [Costa Rica] y nació en el 2009. Marko Fonseca estudió en el Conservatorio El Barco [Costa Rica] y ha trabajado en diferentes compañías en Costa Rica y Europa, el proyecto cuenta con más de 15 obras escénicas y se han presentado en países como: Brasil, Argentina, Chile, Perú, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Uruguay, Panamá, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, México, Estados Unidos, España, Portugal, Francia, Rusia, Bélgica, Rumania, Italia, República Checa, Suiza y Corea.
Actualmente mantiene un trabajo de investigación y colabora con diferentes artistas del medio, enseña Talleres / Talleres de inPRACTICAL [identificación del otro] donde mezclan diferentes tendencias de las artes del movimiento, artes marciales y el trabajo de asociación / dúo.
Los INnato han recibido varios premios nacionales e internacionales con sus obras "Kitsch", "matchPoint", "Etérea" y "NO / nato" en las que destacan: Festival de Coreógrafos del Teatro Nacional, Costa Rica 2009, Ganador del Concurso de solos y duetos "SOLÓDODOS en Danza Costa Rica 2013", XII Concurso Internacional de Coreografía Burgos - Nueva York 2013, obteniendo: Premio RCH a los Mejores Intérpretes, Premio de Residencia Artística L 'Estruch / Sabadell, España, Premio como finalista del VIII Concurso Coreográfico de Sabadell, España 2013, Circuito Iberoamericano de la Red 2015 - Red de Teatros Alternativos de España.
En los años 2013 (México), 2014 (España), 2015 (Brasil), 2017 (Panamá) y (México) 2019 (España) - (Panamá) y (Corea) han realizado residencias de creación artística donde se han desarrollado susúltimas creaciones.
Este proyecto independiente dirige y produce el Festival Internacional de la Calle llamado La Machine y la Plataforma Internacional de Entrenamiento Revés.

We will focus mainly on the dancer's relationship with the ground and the air. The class uses simple movement patterns that involve breathing, speed, and the release of energy throughout the body in order to activate the relationship between the core and the joints, which move in and out of the ground more efficiently.
- INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED LEVEL of different disciplines. BASIC LEVEL also if coming with strong motivation
- Places are limited to 25 and will be accepted by order of registration.

This workshop focuses mainly on the dancer's relationship with the ground and the air. The class uses simple movement patterns that involve breathing, speed and the release of energy throughout the body in order to activate the relationship between the center and the joints, which enter and leave the earth more efficiently. The focus is to develop a movement at different levels - up and down, different supports and look for the balance of different parts of the body.
We start by means of games that awaken the body and the mind, they are urged to connect with the environment: the air, the soil, and the energy of others, forming an interconnection.
Later we focus on short movement exercises where we will take the body to: draw spirals, weight control works, displacement through space, speed, precision and motors of movement that connect us to the final sentences.
We will also identify work in pairs and relationship aspects such as: confidence, weight, instinct, conscience, leaders and followers. The flow in physical communication depends on the awareness of a shared equilibrium. We will work with predefined situations, which will be based on the trust of others. Then we can assume more risks playing with power and speed.
Participants are invited to bring their own ideas, explore and rediscover their own qualities.

Los Innato – Marko Fonseca
Los INnato project is directed by Marko Fonseca [Costa Rica] and was born in 2009. Marko
Fonseca studied at the El Barco Conservatory [Costa Rica] and has worked in different companies in Costa Rica and Europe, the project has more than 15 scenic works and they have been presented in countries such as: Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Uruguay, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, United States, Spain, Portugal, France, Russia, Belgium, Romania, Italy, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Korea.
He currently maintains a research work and collaborates with different artists of the medium, teaches Workshops / Workshops of inPRACTICAL [identification of the other] where they mix different tendencies of the arts of movement, martial arts and the work of association / duo.

This independent project directs and produces the International Street Festival called La
Machine and the International Reverse Training Platform.
