About this Event
Join us for the second workshop in our Parent With Compassion series. Together, we’ll explore how children develop emotional skills, how parents can support regulation and empathy, and simple ways to nurture resilience in everyday family life. Sponsored by Sunflower Early Learning Society and presented by Suzanne Vardy, MEd, RCC-ACS, this workshop is designed to help parents feel more confident and supported in responding to big feelings at home. Whether you are looking for practical tools, fresh perspective, or encouragement in the hard moments, this session offers a compassionate space to learn and reflect.
