After many years, we’re bringing the island heat back to North Vancouver for round two. This isn't just a dinner; it’s a full sensory journey from the kitchen to the dance floor.

• The Demo: Join local foodie Michelle as she reveals the secrets to her authentic jerk chicken. Learn the spices, the history, and the technique behind the island's most iconic dish.
• The Feast: Sit down to a traditional Jamaican spread featuring Michelle’s signature jerk chicken, rice & peas, and fresh veggie skewers.
• The Party: Once the plates are cleared, DJ TBA takes over. Feel the rhythm with a mix of Caribbean beats that will keep you moving until the end of the night.
