⭐️ Why?
We know yoga is powerful tool that can enhance communication and connection, and help people to move and breathe more easily. This is so important for quality of life.
We also know that caring for people with additional needs is hugely demanding - both physically and mentally.
That’s why we’ve developed this workshop - to give carers and health professionals the skills and confidence to use yoga-based techniques to look after themselves, and the people they support.
⭐️ How much is it?
£195 for the workshop, plus resources and network support beyond the workshop.
⭐️ When?
1-day in-person in Kirklees (7th or 19th May)
