About this Workshop
This workshop examines the impact that a great leader can have on their team and explores the crucial capabilities and strategies leaders must possess to promote a positive workplace culture. Participants will come away from this workshop with practical strategies for building a culture of psychological safety, promoting trust and team collaboration to support their team’s growth and success.
