About this Workshop
Communication forms the foundation of great leadership. This workshop examines the different types of leadership conversations required to build trust, strengthen rapport, and deepen relationships to be a future-focused leader. Participants will come away from this workshop with a framework for engaging in feedback and performance conversations with their team and will be equipped with the practical skills to manage challenging conversations in the workplace.
Learning Outcomes
- Identify common barriers to engaging in challenging conversations and adopt mindset shifts that support a more constructive, positive approach.
- Plan, prepare and apply strategies for managing challenging conversations with empathy and confidence.
- Apply strategies to deliver reinforcing and redirecting feedback with clarity and confidence.
- Foster a culture of ongoing, constructive feedback within your team.
