This is a workshop we will have a teamwork attitude, learn the participants, discuss some learning goals, everyone come together and make it happen.
Topics covered in this course
Organising resources
This tutorial will show, as an introduction, how to reduce bottle necks with the 5S Method, which enables to organize work in an organisation.
Proper allocation of resources
In this session we will learn some of the approaches and techniques that lead to efficient work systems, as well as possible solutions to simplify work and allow for smoother process flow.
Refining and optimising systems
We will be investigating how individuals can demonstrate greater capacity and efficacy in their organisations, by looking at possible changes of action, such as changing the way staff work together, or restructuring the business as required.
Standardizing and Unifying systems
Participants will assess techniques for outcomes in this session. These will be either tactics (methodologies for service industries) or criteria for quality (for products).
Enhancing and maintaining systems
At the end of the course they will have all the tools they need to create systems able to cope with volatile markets.
Workshop Wrap-Up
All those who complete this course will have a better understanding of the material. [They will be] more confident in their new knowledge.
