Workplace Integrity for Business Growth: Law, Technology & Accountability in Action

A safe, respectful and dignified workplace is a fundamental human right. Well-governed workplaces are a hallmark of sustainable and competitive business, helping to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 5: Gender Equality and 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth and strengthening long-term organisational performance.

The UK Worker Protection Act 2023 and the forthcoming Employment Rights Bill require employers to take proactive steps to prevent workplace misconduct and embed robust accountability systems.
