Refund policy. If Amediate, LLC cancels this event, your money will be fully refunded no later than five business days after the originally scheduled date.

1. If you decide to cancel at least ten business days before the event, notify Amediate, LLC in writing at [email protected], and your money will be fully refunded minus a $35 processing fee from Amediate, LLC. Eventbrite fee is non-refundable.
2. If you cancel your registration with written notification less than ten business days before the event, you may: A) substitute someone else in your place and provide the name and contact information for replacement. B) request the credit be used for a future course offered by Amediate, LLC., or C) receive a 50% refund of paid registration or P.O. # amount.
