About this Event
Join us this summer to start your school year off with a deep understanding of the landscape of AI as it pertains to education in 2024. Facets of AI are emerging and adjusting all the time, and this course will set you up with everything you need to know on the most current shifts and tools. The class is suitable for educators at all AI comfort levels. Everyone will walk away prepared and empowered!
This course offers 3 Live Sessions, 3 Modules, and an End Project (that you can use in your classes in the fall) and a Certificate of Completion to be elligible to receive 12 PDP hours.
Content will cover:
- OPPORTUNITY, CONCERN, NAVIGATING AI IN THE CLASSROOM
- TEACHING IN A TIME OF EMERGING AI
- PRACTICAL USE CASES FOR EDUCATORS
- THE MOST CURRENT AND UP TO DATE INFORMTION AVAILABLE, RIGHT UP TO SUMMER OF 2024, INCLUDING THE NEWLY EMERGING STUDENT-FACING AI TOOLS
Live sessions will take place on the following Thursdays from 8:00am-9:30 am EST.
