No contracts, no excuses, just free workout classes every Wednesday in Washington Park!
Workouts on the Green are free and anyone is welcome to attend, no matter your skill set. Please bring your own towel, mat, water, etc.; Washington Park will not provide any equipment.
The Schedule
April – May
5 – 6p | STEP Down Cincinnati with Be All in Movement
A high-energy community fitness experience featuring Xtreme Hip Hop Step, a dynamic step aerobics workout that blends music, rhythm, and cardio. Led by Joseph “MoJo” Allen of The BE ALL IN Movement (TBAIM), this class welcomes all fitness levels and focuses on movement, community, and fun. Walk-ups are welcome, and step boards will be available for the first 25 participants. Participants are also welcome to bring their own step boards if they have them.
6 – 7p | Yoga with the YMCA
The goal of yoga is to attain physical and mental well-being through mastery of the body, achieved through exercise, holding postures, proper breathing and meditation.

May 27 – July 8
5 – 6p | STEP Down Cincinnati with Be All in Movement
6 – 7p | Zumba with the YMCA
A high-energy dance fitness class inspired by Latin and international rhythms.

July 15 – August 12
5 – 6p | STEP Down Cincinnati with Be All in Movement
6 – 7p | Pilates with the YMCA
A low-impact class focused on core strength, stability and flexibility using controlled movements on the mat. Improve posture, balance and muscle tone while developing a strong mind-body connection.

August 19 – August 26
5 – 6p | STEP Down Cincinnati with Be All in Movement
6 – 7p | Yoga with the YMCA
