Working with Spirit Guide This intimate workshop provides an introduction to shamanic cosmology and offers an initiation into the spirit world.
About this Event

Discover the foundational principles of safely and respectfully communing with the spiritual realm. This intimate workshop provides an introduction to shamanic cosmology and offers an initiation into the spirit world, empowering you to channel healing and guidance for yourself and the greater good. Through the practice of shamanic journeying, you will learn to connect with your spirit guides and receive practical, heart-centered wisdom for your life's path.

An Inclusive Space for All We warmly welcome individuals of all genders, sexual orientations, religions, and belief systems. This workshop is intentionally designed to support both absolute beginners taking their first steps and experienced practitioners looking to strengthen and deepen their existing practice.

To ensure a safe, comfortable, and sacred space for everyone, please review the following guidelines and packing list:

Important Guidelines:

  • A Sober Space: Please refrain from consuming alcohol or recreational drugs before and during the session.
  • Hydration: Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated throughout the workshop.
  • Venue Details: The workshop will be held indoors. Yoga mats are provided, but please feel free to bring your own cushion, blanket, or camp chair for extra comfort.
  • Commitment to the Circle: We kindly ask that you commit to staying for the entire duration of the event to honor the collective energy and the sacred space.

What to Bring:

  • Journaling Tools: A pen and a notebook to record your journeys and insights.
  • Eye Cover: A sleep mask or a scarf to cover your eyes during journeying.
  • Instruments (Optional): If you own a drum or a rattle, you are highly encouraged to bring it. (Don't worry if you don't have one—instruments are welcome but not required to participate).
  • An Offering for Spirit: Please bring a small, meaningful offering. This can include flowers, incense, fruit, coins, tobacco, or nuts.

Eco-Friendly Note on Offerings: Because all offerings will be mindfully returned to nature after the session, please ensure your item is completely biodegradable and entirely non-toxic to local wildlife and the earth.
