About this Event
Overview
Launch event for the Working Together: Preventing Everyday harm resources.
Everyone experiences everyday harm, but for people with disability it happens more often. Because it happens a lot, sometimes people think it’s not worth mentioning – but everyday harm is serious and we can all take steps to prevent and address it.
We are launching the resources developed through the research project. We made these resources with people with disability, support workers and organisations to find out what practical steps we can all take to address and prevent everyday harm.
Join us at this event to learn more about the resources and the research that sits underneath them.
Hear from:
· Lead researcher: Professor Sally Robinson
· Community Researchers: Hannah Zsigoszki and Tyra Buteux
