Your facilitators:
didn't set out to become a health coach. She got there through her own postpartum experience, navigating hormonal shifts that no one had prepared her for, and realizing how much women are just told to push through. She's here because she believes you deserve to actually understand your body, not just manage it.
burned out twice in two years. She spent a long time wondering why her energy was so unpredictable, why some weeks she was unstoppable, and others she could barely show up. Her body was talking — she just hadn't been taught to listen. She's here because she doesn't want you to take as long as she did to figure it out.
Together, they're the older sisters who figured it out the hard way so you don't have to.
