About this Event
Workshop Overview
In this practical two-hour workshop, social enterprise and purpose-driven leaders will discover how AI tools can support real sales and revenue-generation activities. We will look at how AI can help with prospect research, outreach messages, proposal and pitch preparation, follow-up, pipeline tracking, and improving repeatable business-development routines. The session will be practical and example-driven, with a focus on using AI as a working assistant rather than treating it as a generic writing tool.
About the Workshop Leader
Tim Ragan is a business engineer, advisor, and founder of C-View Strategies, where he helps owner-led and senior-led organizations improve execution, decision-making, and business performance.
For almost 40 years, Tim has worked with leadership teams across technology, professional services, manufacturing, and growth-stage business environments, helping them clarify priorities, strengthen accountability, and turn strategy into practical operating discipline.
Tim is currently leading the development of OptimizeNow!, an execution-system approach for mid-market organizations that need to improve decision velocity, leadership alignment, and follow-through. Alongside that work, he has been deeply integrating AI into his own business development, sales, research, writing, and operating routines. His current AI work includes prospect research, sales outreach support, call preparation, follow-up tracking, workshop design, executive writing, and structured decision support.
Rather than treating AI as a novelty or a generic writing tool, Tim focuses on how AI can be connected to real business processes. His interest is practical: how small teams and resource-constrained organizations can use AI to reduce friction, improve follow-through, and make better use of the effort they are already investing.
In this workshop, Tim will bring a hands-on, sales-oriented perspective to AI adoption, with a focus on practical use cases that social enterprises and social purpose businesses can begin applying immediately.
