Join us for the 4th annual Courageous Conversations with Men, a morning dedicated to real conversations, connection, and changing the way we think about mental health.
June is Men’s Mental Health Month.
In Canada, the majority of suicide deaths are men. And yet, many still struggle in silence.
This session is about changing that.
What to Expect
👉 Honest, real conversations from male leaders sharing lived experience
👉 A space where vulnerability is welcomed, not judged
👉 Practical tools and insights you can take with you
👉 A community that reminds you that you are not alone

Why This Matters
Men are often taught to push through, stay strong, and keep it in.
But strength can also look like opening up.
Like asking for help.
Like starting a conversation.
These mornings create space for that shift.
