4 week meditation series to open, cleanse and rebalance the chakras ???❤*Woodside Institute Hall

Join me each week to open, cleanse and rebalance a different chakra.
In these healing meditations we will open all of the chakras and then focus attention on one specific chakra. You will be given positive affirmations to help balance and replenish your sacred energy centres.
I will then hold space for you while powerful healing energies and sound waves, from crystal singing bowls, are sent to the group. These energies will start a light healing process, for your highest good, that will continue for a few hours.
? Week 3 - Sacral chakra
The Sacral chakra is located in the pelvic area just below the navel. It is orange in colour
This chakra is associated with sensuality and creativity. The primary function of this energy center is pleasure and overall enjoyment of life. When this chakra is balanced and functioning properly, we can expect our relationship with ourselves and the world to feel harmonious, pleasureful, and nurturing.
In working with this chakra, you will address your relationship with both others and yourself. You will discover you have unlimited creative power; you’ll learn how to cultivate a healthy relationship to pleasure; and how to sit with the depth of your feelings. You will more freely express your wants, needs, and emotions with others. You will also learn how to express yourself more skillfully and how to begin setting healthy boundaries.
Each session will run for approx 1 hour.
