About this Event
Join me in beautiful private woodland just outside Bristol (less than 3 miles from Clifton Suspension Bridge) for a deeply restorative outdoor Sound Bath Meditation experience.
Part of the Spring/Summer 2026 Into the Woods series, these intimate gatherings are an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience the profound healing qualities of both sound and nature.
Being immersed in nature naturally helps regulate the nervous system, quiet mental noise, and bring us back into the present moment. Combined with the vibrations and frequencies of a sound meditation, the woodland setting creates a uniquely grounding and deeply sensory experience one that encourages rest, release, reflection, and reconnection.
This is not a polished luxury retreat experience it is an authentic woodland experience. Expect uneven ground, birdsong, shifting weather, earthy surroundings, compost toilets, and yes… bugs! The beauty of this offering lies in its simplicity, intimacy, and connection to the natural world.
What to Expect
Guests will meet at a designated meeting point where I will greet the group before leading everyone on a short mindful walk through the woods.
We will settle together in a peaceful woodland clearing (weather permitting), where you’ll create your own comfortable space on the grass, much as you would during an indoor sound bath only surrounded by nature.
You will then be gently guided into meditation to deepen your connection with yourself and the natural environment before being immersed in sounds and vibrations designed to support relaxation, energetic balance, emotional release, and nervous system restoration.
