Woodcarving Studio Classes - April 2025

Learn how to carve through an understanding of wood, tool techniques, sharpening and honing, and more.

After learning the basics, explore Scandinavian carving styles with a range of projects. The styles vary from karveskurd (chip carving) and flatskurd (low relief) to elaborate acanthus (leaf groupings).

The class meets Sundays at the Swedish Club in Seattle. This is an ongoing class series so you can continue your practice at your leisure.
