The studio is based on the 2nd Floor, there is currently no lift in the building
There is no BSL interpretation planned for these sessions - if you are HoH or a hearing aid user and would like to reserve a mat closer to Scottee get in touch
If you would like to attend with your support worker or PA let us know (no charge)
This practice requires the ability to move from seated to standing
Matts, bolster cushions, blocks and blankets are provided to help make practicing as comfortable as possible
I will not be touching your body or telling you how to move, all cues are verbal
You can watch, listen and observe
I encourage you to take up space, take rest when needed, tic, stim or take 5 from the room as you need
You won’t be asked to read any information, all cues will be given verbally
These classes will be taught in English
