Wonder Kids uses the creative arts to provide children aged 6 - 9 years old with the tools they need to build their self-confidence, deal effectively with change and develop good friendships.During this 7-week term course, your child will use art therapy activities, mindfulness and dance/movement activities to help them learn a range of vital life skills.
This small group therapeutic course is led by Jordan Monaghan, a Clinical Creative Art Therapist. Jordan has a wealth of experience working in both community mental health spaces and schools with both neuro-typical and neuro-divergent children. Compassion and playfulness sit at the core of her creative and therapeutic practice.
Please note: As this is a therapeutic group, a 30-minute parent intake meeting is required to ensure that Wonder Kids is the right environment for your child. Your child's enrolment will be confirmed after the intake meeting.
