Join us every Saturday in March for FREE full-body workouts celebrating strength, community & womanhood.
About this Event

March marks woman's month, and what a great way to celebrate it then working out with a whole bunch of wonderful babes. We will be using machines, weights, bands, and your own body weight in this hour and 15 minute class plus a little side of gym adequate/workshop.
Registration will go live every Friday at 12PM. All levels are welcomed. Class is programmed for beginners to advance.

**Please note this is an Women-Only Class

***What to bring: Water bottle - there's a filtered water system to refill or water bottle for purchase


Parking: street parking is available, theres a parking lot on 5th street (Cost-10 cash, 20 card)
